It sounds great! I have some questions…

What if I have friends and family that want to go on the cruise but they want to book on their own? Can they still go?

The XLC Cruise is all-inclusive, with cocktail parties, drinks, fun activities, and a complimentary shore excursion. The group will dine together at night and mingle well into the evening. But you have to be part of the XLC group to participate in these activities.

 

What is included?

Labadee, Haiti: On the north coast of Hispaniola, surrounded by beautiful mountain slopes and exotic foliage, sits Labadee®, Royal Caribbean's private paradise. This exclusive destination offers pristine beaches, breathtaking scenery and spectacular water activities. There is even amazing new Aqua Park for kids. Regardless of where you go, you'll find yourself embraced by the beautiful landscape. Labadee's native charm, along with its natural beauty, makes this a destination not to be missed.

Montego Bay, Jamaica: The recently renovated "Mo' Bay," as the locals call this town, competes with Ocho Rios as the island's most visited resort town. Montego Bay has great bars and restaurants, renowned shopping, and an endless array of leisure activities. And with the friendly hospitality of the Jamaican people, having a great time is always "no problem."

Georgetown, Grand Cayman: Grand Cayman is one of a group of three magnificent tropical islands Christopher Columbus called "Las Tortugas" (the turtles) for the sea creatures he found in the ocean water. The designation did not endure, however, for on later maps the islands were labeled the Caimanau, the Carib Indian word for "crocodile." The name "Caimanas" refers inaccurately to the iguanas native to the islands, which were perhaps at one point mistaken for crocodiles. Among other attractions, visitors to the island will enjoy learning about the turtles, visiting the town of Hell, exploring Seven-Mile Beach and enjoying the undersea world.

Cozumel, Mexico: The Conquistadors first saw Mexico from the shores of Cozumel while searching for gold. Today, visitors to the island continue to seek out gold and silver jewelry in the shops of San Miguel while having a great time in its many local bars and restaurants. Plus, the waters around Cozumel's sheltered coral reefs make this one of the best snorkeling areas in the world.

What about airfare? Can I use my frequent flyer miles?

You can purchase airfare through Royal Caribbean. We also have limited group space at a great rate. Don’t delay if you would like this option. You can also get airfare on your own if you’d like. If you want to use frequent flyer miles you will need to book airfare on your own, as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use your frequent flyer miles otherwise. 

How do I get between the airport and the port?

If you purchase air through Royal Caribbean motor coach transfers are included. If you get airfare on your own you can purchase transfers from Royal Caribbean. Just let us know and we will make the reservations for you. Otherwise take a cab. The cruise port is close to the airport.

What if I want to spend time in Miami before or after the cruise?

Go down a day early or stay a day after… or both. We can put together a pre/post cruise hotel package with or without airfare. Give us a call.

What can I do when the ship is in port?
Enhance your cruise experience with shore excursions. Check out ShoreTrips (visit the WXLC Trip Planner through the Shore Trips link on our website) to see your many options. Enjoy the ShipShape Fitness Center and Spa while most guests are off exploring the port of call. Rest and relax OR surf, climb the rock wall, play mini golf, practice your golf swing and eat.

All rooms accommodate at least two guests. There are rooms that accommodate three and four guests. As there are fewer of the triple and quad rooms it is important to book early.

If I travel with my friends or family can we get a room by them?

Absolutely! We will get you as close as possible. Booking early offers you the best selection.

I’m concerned about my kids getting bored. What activities can they do? Will they be safe?

Royal Caribbean’s complimentary Adventure Ocean Youth Program for children ages 3-17 blends educational activities with just plain fun. Every member of the staff holds a college degree in education or other related field, or has qualified experience in working with children. There are five different groups based on age. All activities are age appropriate. Your child will get to learn about local customs, do cool science experiments, and make great new friends. Older kids have their own Living Room, a laid-back place where they can just hang with their new friends. Older teens even have a nightclub. Adventure Ocean is a great safe place for kids of all ages to join activities and games when they want to, or to just chill. Aqua Babies (ages 6-18 Months) and Aqua Tots (ages 18-36 Months), interactive classes developed by early childhood experts at Fisher-Price, allows parents and their young children to spend fun time together.

Remember- this includes EVERYTHING except airfare!

How much is the deposit? When is the full amount due?

The deposit is $500 per person. The balance is due in full by November 17th. Prior to November 17th, the deposit is refundable minus a $25 cancellation fee per cabin.

What if I have a medical emergency, and I cannot go?

Travel insurance is highly recommended, and will cover against medical emergencies for you and your immediate family. There are many other benefits to purchasing travel insurance. Just ask us. Rates are dependent on trip cost and age.

Of course. The rates listed are for ages 21 or older. Children travel at a reduced rate.

No. The rates are the adult rate, regardless of whether you drink or not. Don’t fret though. The bartenders make wonderful non-alcoholic drinks to please every taste! With the group, your soda is included, so no need to purchase a soda card either.
